We verify that all prospective Buyers are Pre-Approved or have shown Proof of Funds, prior to approving a showing.
The Buyer(s) must complete a COVID-19 Compliance Document.
We have the Buyer(s) take the Matterport tour of the property prior to the showing, and watch any video walk-through tours to ensure they still have interest in viewing the property in person, and to potentially shorten the visit to the property since they have already seen virtual tours.
We ask that our Seller Client(s) turn on all the lights in the house, and leave closet doors open to minimize the Buyer(s) and Realtor(s) touching surfaces.
